Maintenance and Service

Maintenance Packages:

There’s no need to worry about who will update your site for you, we can handle it all. Below are our maintenance and service packages, you can choose based on what fits your needs best. You do not have to choose a package if you plan on maintaining your website yourself.

*All pricing is in addition to, not included in hosting fees.

Standard Package – 1 hour free with all hosting plans
Standard maintenance and service typically consists of textual content updates and photo uploads. Anything above and beyond the one free hour per month is charged at an hourly rate of $50 per hour. Turnaround time for standard maintenance support tickets is 7-14 business days.
Priority Pay As You Go – $50 per hour, one hour minimum
Priority Pay As You Go maintenance and service packages include everything in the standard maintenance package and non-covered items and receive priority response over other requests. Turn around time for priority support tickets is 1-5 business days.
Annual Priority Package- $250 (12 month package)
Annual Priority Package includes everything in the standard maintenance package and unlimited covered requests.* Clients receive priority response over other requests. Turn around time for priority support tickets is 1-5 business days. *Non covered maintenance is charged at a rate of $25 per hour.
Semi-Annual Priority Package- $175 (6 month package)
Semi-Annual Priority Package includes everything in the standard maintenance package and unlimited covered requests.* Clients receive priority response over other requests. Turn around time for priority support tickets is 1-5 business days. *Non covered maintenance is charged at a rate of $25 per hour.

*Covered services include all content updates such as text and photo updates of your existing site per your contract, page additions and modifications up to number of pages your agreement allows.

Services that are not covered include any structural changes to your website’s template, whether graphical or not, services that were not stated in your original contract, any special requests that require third-party outsourcing such as advanced programming, database configuration, coding or script writing. These requests will require an addendum to your original contract and will need to be quoted as a new project.
