With our 24/7 ticket support system, you never have to worry about losing emails, not getting through on the telephone or forgetting if you requested a certain change.

With our PCI/DSS certified ticket support system, your information is always safe and secure.

Coming soon to our ticket support system will be a knowledgebase, where, if you have any questions on how to use our support system, you will be able to search for an answer prior to submitting a question.

Ticket support system is free for all users who subscribe to our hosting plan, however, priority support is available for a small fee. Please see our services for pricing information.

According to Coop America: Green businesses operate in ways that solve, rather than cause, both environmental and social problems.

These businesses adopt principles, policies, and practices that improve the quality of life for their customers, their employees, communities, and the environment.

Very few people realize the true impact the web hosting industry has on the environment, the average server produces the same emissions as a 15 mpg SUV let alone the data center where the server is located which consumes on average as much electricity as 30,000 households.

Let’s put it another way… your website is hosted on a server which on average produces around 12½ Tonnes of CO2 each year, that is a huge amount of CO2!

We sponsor the International Tree Foundation, a charity committed to improving the environment. Instead of buying arable land, planting trees and selling credits to web hosting companies, the ITF engages in tree planting programs in the developing world. Obviously, tree planting adds significant carbon absorption capacity as part of the carbon cycle but by choosing to run these programs in the developing world, the ITF helps those in poverty by employing them to plant and then care for the trees.
